How can I Pre Order for pickup on Christmas Eve?
All pre-orders are completed either in person or over the phone. We will require a credit card number to hold on file and will charge your card up to 48 hours prior to pickup. You can cancel or modify your pre-order up to 48 hours before in order to give our kitchen enough notice! If you would like to add items to your order on Christmas Eve while you are here, we just ask that you pay for those additional items separately at that time.
I want to order a cocktail platter; can I get both shrimp and lobster meat on it? Yes, you can customize your platter with shrimp cocktail, cooked & chilled lobster meat, Jonah crab meat, or Jonah Crab Empress Claws!

I’m in a hurry -- do you have any BASIC platters and prices for them? Yes, we have some quick size options:
Our Small Classic Shrimp Cocktail Platter with 1.5 pounds of 21/25 sized cooked shrimp is $28.99
Our Large Classic Shrimp Cocktail Platter with 1.5 pounds of 13/15 sized cooked shrimp is $37.99
Our SM Empress Claw Platter (around 10 pieces) plus dijonaise and cocktail sauce is $27.99
Our LG Empress Claw Platter (around 20 pieces) plus dijonaise and cocktail sauce is $45.99
I want to order a sushi platter; what are my options? You can customize your own platter with your favorite sushi rolls. Starting with a base sushi platter fee of $10, you can add as many of your favorite rolls (each 8-10 pieces each) as you’d like to fill out your platter (minimum of 5 rolls in order to fill out the platter, but you can do 6, 7, 8 or go up to 10 or 15 for an extra-large sized platter!
What if I don’t really know what to pick out for sushi rolls and just want a good selection? We have the following “Chef’s Choice” platter sizes, which are a varied combination of rolls and sashimi creations that our sushi chef will craft for you!

Can I order a sushi platter on Christmas Eve, or do I need to pre-order it for pickup on Christmas Eve? We will have a VERY VERY limited capacity for same-day sushi platter orders and may need to stop taking same-day sushi orders at any time that day, so we HIGHLY recommend that you pre-order your sushi platter with more than 24 hours notice to ensure that we can accommodate your order! Then you can choose your pickup time on Christmas Eve and get your sushi right when you need it!
If I Pre-Pay, when is my card charged? What if I have to change or cancel my order? We will process payment at the time of the pre-order (either online or on the phone/in-person), but you can cancel or modify your pre-order up to 24 hours before in order to give our kitchen enough notice!
What do I do on the day-of in order to pick up my order? If you have pre-paid, you would prefer contactless curbside pickup if your pre-paid order, we can drop it into your car truck; please just call us when you arrive at your designated pickup time and give us the make and model of your vehicle!
Otherwise, feel free to come into the market to pick up your order, there will be two lanes:
A fast lane for those who pre-ordered and pre-paid
A regular lane for those wishing to walk in and order on-the-spot
Do you shuck oysters? At this time, we do not shuck oysters for takeout orders due to the delicate nature of oysters on the half shell and any shifting that could occur during takeout transit.
I want some of the chef prepared appetizers, can I mix and match? Absolutely; each item is sold by the each so you can choose how many scallops and bacon or oysters Rockefeller or clams casino or crab cakes you’d like! We highly recommend pre-ordering these items if you are looking for specific quantities.
Can I pre-order takeout from the restaurant? While we do not do pre-orders for hot restaurant takeout items, we encourage you to order takeout through our online portal or by phone as you normally would. Order completion times will be subject to how busy we are in the restaurant, as always, so we cannot guarantee that your hot, ready-to-eat takeout order will be ready at the exact same time as your fish market pre-order.
